01Before payment
Do I pay before seeing the preview?
No. You see the homepage preview first. If it feels right, we confirm the project scope, payment, and next steps before building the full website.
What if I do not like the first preview?
If the direction is close but needs changes, we can create one revised homepage preview based on your feedback. If it still does not feel right, you do not pay.
02Website build
How many pages are included?
The plan includes up to 5 standard pages. Common pages include Home, Services, About, Contact, Gallery, Menu, FAQ, or Reviews. Need more than 5 pages? Extra pages can be added separately.
What happens after I approve the preview?
We confirm the pages, domain approach, timeline, payment, and any extras in writing. After that, we build the full website, usually within 2–5 working days after payment and receiving the required content.
Can I request changes during the build?
Yes. Two reasonable revision rounds are included during the full website build. Larger redesigns, new pages, or new features can be quoted separately before we do the work.
03Monthly plan
What does the monthly plan include?
The monthly plan covers keeping the website online, basic checks, regular website file backups, support, and reasonable small updates such as text, photos, prices, opening hours, contact details, or service details.
When does the monthly plan start?
The monthly plan starts when the full website is ready to go live. If you prefer, annual payment is available and can save roughly two months compared with paying monthly.
04Domain and ownership
Is the domain included?
We can help you get a standard domain for the first year where available. If the domain is premium or unusually expensive, we will show you the price first. Future renewals are paid separately by the client.
Do I own my domain and website?
Yes. Your domain remains yours. If you cancel, you can request a copy of the completed website files and assets created for your business. Hands-on migration to another host or agency can be discussed separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term lock-in. If you cancel, future monthly billing stops, your domain stays yours, and you can request your completed website files.
What happens if a monthly payment is missed?
We will contact you before making changes. If payments remain unpaid, the website may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.
05Extras and limits
Can I get business email?
Yes. If you want an address like info@yourbusiness.com, business email setup can be added separately if needed.
Can you add booking or online payments?
Simple booking links can be added if you already use a booking tool. Online payments, online stores, or more advanced booking systems are not part of the standard plan and need a separate quote.
Will my website appear on Google?
We include basic Google setup so the website can be found and understood. We do not guarantee specific rankings, because rankings depend on your location, competition, reviews, content, and ongoing marketing.
Can you help with Google Maps or Google Business Profile?
Yes, we can guide or help with Google Business Profile separately if needed. This is useful for businesses that serve local customers.
What if I do not have photos or a logo?
We can use your existing photos, simple visual assets, or suitable stock-style images. If you do not have a logo, we can create a simple starter logo for the website. Full branding or paid image licensing is separate.
Do you write the website text?
Yes. Basic website text is included using the business details you provide. Long-form content, weekly blog writing, or advanced Google growth content can be discussed separately.
Can I edit the website myself?
The standard plan is managed for you, so you do not need to manage a dashboard. If you want to manage the website independently later, you can request the website files.
Is this suitable for complex websites?
The standard plan is best for simple business websites that explain your services and help customers contact you. Online stores, marketplaces, custom platforms, or complex systems need a separate discussion.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. After you approve the preview, we provide a secure payment link and invoice for the website setup and monthly plan.
