These terms explain how Make Web Studio handles free homepage previews, website builds, monthly support, domains, cancellation, and ownership.

Make Web Studio provides a remote-first website service for small businesses that need a simple, professional website without managing technical setup themselves.
These terms apply when you request a free homepage preview, approve a website project, pay for a setup, or use the monthly website plan.
The free preview is for the homepage only. It is intended to show the design direction, messaging, and overall feel before you decide whether to continue.
The free preview includes one homepage concept and one reasonable revision if the first direction is close but needs adjustment. Further preview work may be declined or quoted separately.
If you do not want to continue after the preview, you do not pay.
After you approve the homepage preview, Make Web Studio confirms the pages, price, domain approach, timeline, payment, and any extras in writing before building the full website.
The standard plan includes up to 5 standard pages. Common pages include Home, Services, About, Contact, Gallery, Menu, FAQ, or Reviews.
The standard plan is designed for simple business websites. Online stores, custom platforms, dashboards, complex booking systems, payment systems, or advanced integrations are not included unless agreed separately.
Homepage previews are usually prepared within 48 hours after Make Web Studio has enough details to start.
Full websites are usually ready within 2–5 working days after approval, payment, and receiving the required content. Timelines can change if content, domain details, images, feedback, approvals, or payments are delayed.
No setup payment is required before the homepage preview. If you approve the preview and want to continue, Make Web Studio will provide a secure payment link and invoice.
The setup fee is paid before the full website build begins. The monthly plan starts when the full website is ready to go live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is agreed.
The monthly plan covers keeping the website online, reasonable small updates, basic checks, and support for the website while the plan is active.
Small updates can include changes to text, images, prices, opening hours, phone numbers, service details, or similar content. Bigger changes such as new pages, major redesigns, booking systems, online payments, online stores, or custom features may be quoted separately.
Make Web Studio usually replies within 24–48 hours. Urgent website issues are prioritised where possible, but 24/7 emergency support is not included unless separately agreed.
Two reasonable revision rounds are included during the full website build after the preview has been approved.
Extra revision rounds, major redesigns, or changes outside the confirmed scope may be quoted separately before work continues.
You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly billing, but it does not automatically refund previous monthly periods that have already started.
If a monthly payment is missed, Make Web Studio will contact you before making changes. If payment remains unpaid after reminders, the website may be paused until payment is resolved.
If you cancel, you can request a copy of your completed website files and assets. Hands-on migration to another host or another agency may be quoted separately.
The homepage preview is free, so there is no payment to refund if you decide not to continue.
Once you approve the preview, pay the setup fee, and Make Web Studio begins the full website build, the setup fee is generally non-refundable because work has started.
Monthly fees cover an active service period and are generally not refunded for periods that have already started. Future billing can be cancelled according to the cancellation terms above.
Your domain remains yours. Make Web Studio can help register and manage the domain for convenience, but the domain belongs to your business.
A standard domain may be included for the first year where available. Premium domains, unusually expensive domains, or special extensions are charged separately and will be shown to you before purchase.
After the first year, domain renewals are paid separately by the client. If you cancel and the domain was registered through Make Web Studio, Make Web Studio can help transfer domain management to you. Transfer timing may depend on registrar rules.
Managed hosting is included while your monthly plan is active. Make Web Studio may use trusted third-party hosting providers and tools to deliver the service.
Make Web Studio keeps backup copies of website files so the site can be restored if needed. Backups reduce risk, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted at all times.
After payment, the completed website files, website text, and assets created specifically for your business can be provided to you if you cancel or request handover.
Reusable code patterns, internal templates, design systems, workflow methods, and internal tools remain Make Web Studio’s property. This does not stop you from using the completed website created for your business.
You are responsible for checking that business details, prices, services, legal claims, opening hours, contact information, and any industry-specific statements are accurate before launch.
If you provide text, images, logos, reviews, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them on your website.
Delays in sending content, feedback, domain information, approvals, or payment may delay delivery.
Make Web Studio may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help draft text, generate ideas, create simple visual concepts, or speed up production. Final website content should still be reviewed and approved by you before launch.
Some website features may rely on third-party tools such as form services, payment providers, email providers, booking tools, analytics tools, or hosting providers. Their own terms and availability may also apply.
Basic Google setup can be included, such as page titles, descriptions, structure, and submission support. Make Web Studio does not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or business results.
Make Web Studio may decline or stop work on projects that are illegal, misleading, abusive, harmful, outside the service scope, or otherwise unsuitable.
Make Web Studio may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version will be available on this page.
